Your Stall

  • 10 feet by 10 feet, 100 square feet
  • A standard footprint your existing fixtures already fit
  • Yours to design, build and brand
  • Eight foot height limit keeps the room open

Build It Your Way

Six distinct points of view in one room, not six identical booths.

Design Standards

A short list that protects every vendor's investment. It sets a floor, not a style.

  • Finished surfaces on every visible side
  • Your own stall lighting
  • Professionally produced signage
  • Design approved before move-in

Not permitted

  • Folding tables
  • Bare pegboard
  • Plastic bins as display
  • Handwritten signage
  • Anything above eight feet or past your stall line

What It Costs

$1,650per month,
per stall

  • Utilities, heating and cooling, and cleaning included
  • We take no percentage of your sales
  • Your own register and your own staff
  • $3,300 at signing: your first month, plus one month held and applied to your final month
  • Month to month thereafter
  • Founding vendors who sign by November 1 receive an $825 build-out credit toward their second month

The terms in full

Agreement
A month-to-month Vendor Space License. It's a license to use your stall, not a lease, and it creates no tenancy.
At signing
$3,300: your first month, plus one month held and applied to your final month.
Founding vendors
Sign by November 1 and receive an $825 build-out credit toward your second month.
Monthly fee
$1,650 per stall, due in advance on the 1st of each month, by automatic debit from your second month onward.
Ending the license
30 days' written notice.
Missed payments
If a payment fails, your access credentials are suspended until your account is current.
Your sales
You run your own register and card processing. Sales go directly to you.
Staffing
You staff your own stall during open hours.
Insurance
General liability coverage naming Bright Ideas and the building owner as additional insureds, on file before move-in.
Sales tax
An active Massachusetts sales tax registration.
Build-out
Designed, built and paid for by you, to the design standards above, and approved before move-in.

This is a summary. The Vendor Space License Agreement you sign is the governing document.

About fifteen minutes. Have your recent sales numbers and a few photos of your work or past stalls handy.

Applications without sales reports can't be reviewed, so please send exports from Shopify, Square, Etsy or your point of sale, not a typed summary.
